Victoria Rico Costina
About the Author:
Victoria Rico Costina is a retired professor of English from the University of the Philippines Baguio. In 2010, she self-published the book, Those Who Love Cats, a collection of essays on the author’s lifelong passion for cats, profiles of cats she and husband Ruel have lived with, and reviews of books from the literature on cats, including Philippine publications. Ma’am Vickie is a member of Aurora Hill Baptist Church in Baguio City.
