Jose C. Umali Jr. (more popularly known as Pastor Joey) is a preacher, writer, editor, author, and broadcaster. He is the President of Faith International Society of Hope for Empowerment and Renewal, Inc. (FISHER), which is bringing together churches from different denominations to hold united worship and equipping at City Mall branches in Dau, Mabalacat, Pampanga; Calamba City, Laguna; Tiaong, Quezon; Tarlac City; and Sta. Rosa, Nueva Ecija. He is pursuing God’s dream of equipping His people and seeing them united in worship in 100 CityMalls all over the country within five years.

Pastor Joey is a devoted husband to his loving wife Digna, father to his three children, and grandfather to five grandchildren.
