Woman power has been evident from the past two webinars from CSM. First, Ms. Grace Chong, a prolific writer, took a time off writing and spoke to 78 participants, dominantly mothers, on the webinar “Teaching Your Kids to Do Devotions” last August 15. It was also broadcasted via FB Live! She spoke on the importance of teaching the kids to love God and His Word.

Well said for parents and guardians to adhere: Devotions are a must even to little and young kids!

She herself testified that as a young girl, devotions are just routines until she was taught and guided properly by her parents. That was the gist, devotions are taught at home, by the parents first and others are just supplements like school and church, by the teachers and pastors respectively.

Those watching via FB Live in the FB CSM Publishing page were also engaged. They freely posted their questions and wonderful comments to the speaker and the webinar. Thank you!

There was a poll among the participants during the webinar of who between the father and mother is the better “teacher” in terms of devotions? The overwhelming response was the mothers (76%) over the fathers (24%)

Meanwhile, Beth Flores, a known radio host (Gabay, 702 DZAS) spoke on the importance of handling our finances well especially during this pandemic via her webinar “MagKwentahan Tayo” last August 22. Moreso, she revisited the most important truth about money, and that is about God is the source of all things and we are just His stewards, His wealth managers. Most of the principles she talked are based on her best-selling book Higit Kaysa Ginto, published by CSM.

Wonderful reminders by the speaker: Give more and give cheerfully!
