CSM’s newly released book, Saan Ka Man Naroon Devotions para sa OFW, immediately went international during its virtual book launch via Zoom and FB live last August 22, 2021. Saan Ka Man Naroon is CSM’s first devotional for and about OFWs (Overseas Filipino Workers) and their families written by six Filipinos who are deeply familiar with and personally experienced OFW life and ministry.

The launch was primarily meant to have the book dedicated to God by the home churches in Batangas of two of the book’s authors, Ana Gamez from Tanauan Bible Church (TBC) and Lollette Calingasan from Bauan Bible Christian Church (BBCC) who are currently serving as career missionaries in Tokyo. Along with the book’s editor Joy Solina and CSM Marketing Specialist Melou Resuena, Gamez and Calingasan organized and led the program live from Tokyo, Japan with the able assistance of Kami-Itabashi International Church (KICF) multimedia specialist Esther Eunice Bongalos. Two other authors, Dr. Jorge de Ramos and his wife Bolen Ramos, also graced the special occasion by joining the interview portion. The other two authors who were unable to join the launch were Ptr. Rey Navarro and Joey L. Garcia.

The highlight of the program was the Meet and Greet portion that featured ten (10) persons behind some of the stories in the book -- six OFWs, two former OFWs, one missionary, and one family member of an OFW. Each of them spoke for less than a minute, inviting viewers to look for their story in the book.

Three pastors later led the dedicatory prayer: Dr. Jorge de Ramos who is also the senior pastor of Capitol City Baptist Church (CCBC) in Quezon City, Ptr. David delos Santos, the pastor of Tanauan Bible Church (TBC) and Ptr. Ruwinner delos Reyes, the senior pastor of Bauan Bible Christian Church (BBCC) in Batangas.

The two-hour program was viewed by 112 identified individuals from seven (7) countries: the Philippines, Japan, KSA, UAE, Israel, Sweden and Nepal. Based on the Zoom links given, viewers represented 32 churches and 12 organizations. These figures do not yet include those who watched via Facebook Live from here and abroad. Thanks to the current online technology, those who were unable to watch the live program can still view the launch from Ana Megumi Gamez’ FB timeline and CSM Publishing FB page, which has recorded 66 shares and 545 views as of this writing.

Saan Ka Man Naroon Devotions para sa OFW is available in the online stores of CSM at Shopee and Lazada. For bulk orders, email us at order@csm-publishing.com.
